These terms cover your use of Zunto, operated by Rahul Saini inIndia. Using the site means you accept them. They are short on purpose.
Using the site
The games are free to play, for your own enjoyment, as many times as you like. You do not need an account and we do not charge for anything.
What you must not do
- Interfere with how ads are served, counted or displayed.
- Use bots, scripts, automated tools or paid services to generate traffic, page views or ad impressions. This is the fastest way to get the site banned from its ad network, so we take it seriously.
- Scrape the site at a scale that affects it, or re-host the games as your own.
- Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Use the site where doing so would break the law where you live.
The games are other people's work
We did not make the games. Each one was created by someone else and published under an open licence that permits us to host it. The copyright stays with its author, and nothing on this site transfers any rights in a game to you. Every game is credited on its own page and on the credits page, with a link to its source and its licence.
If you hold rights to something on this site and want it removed or credited differently, see the content report page. We take games down while we investigate rather than arguing first.
Ads
The site is funded by advertising. Some games offer an optional ad in exchange for an in-game benefit such as an extra life or a hint — those are always your choice, and declining one never blocks your progress. We do not ask anyone to click ads, and doing so deliberately violates our ad network's rules as well as these terms.
Availability and changes
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. Games may break, be updated, or be removed without notice — sometimes because a rights holder asked us to. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rahul Saini is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts ofIndia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the current version.
